By accessing and using Papelo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Papelo provides an online platform for Sri Lankan students to practice past exam papers as MCQ quizzes and receive automated grading and analytics. The service includes, but is not limited to, the provision of exam papers, instant scoring, and topic-by-topic analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases of past exam papers are final. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a paper has been accessed, unless required by local law.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform's original content, features, and functionality are owned by Papelo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
